
-Call or go to your Skateshop.
-Package up the return along with a valid receipt including the date the customer purchased the item. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.
FREIGHT
-If we accept your warranty claim and you have included your postage receipt ( either stuck to the outside of your package or faxed with your RAN # ), we will credit your account for the postage paid. We will also pay the freight to return any items that have been exchanged or repaired. We will not accept cash on delivery ( COD ) items. Please discuss your freight requirement when calling for an RAN#. We recommend sending your returns by registered post. Postage claims must be made at the time of return. We will not accept claims made at a later date.
WHAT WE WON'T ACCEPT
-If you receive any items that you didn't order or which are not what you ordered, please call us immediately. Returns on these items will not be accepted after you have had the items for five working days.
-Returns will not be accepted on any item which shows signs of deliberate damage, improper use or incorrect care or storage
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
-Remember, any problem that should be fixed under statutory warranty must be dealt with by you as the seller. You guys are the ones who deal directly with the customers in regard to their warranty claims.
-It is up to you to ensure each customer feels their complaint has been dealt with fairly.
-If a customer decides to take legal action over a warranty claim, it will be the retailer they take to court. This is because, as the seller, you are the ones with the contract with the buyer.
-We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Therefore, as long as you have complied with these guidelines, we will meet the following warranty guarantees on every return.
-You will be advised of our decision within 24 hours of reception of return ( with the exception of those received on Friday, in which case you will be notified by Monday ).
-Your hardware returns will be inspected by our team of experienced sales rep ( skater ).
-Exchanged items will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of reception of goods.
-All credits will be processed to your account within 24 hours and confirmation immediately faxed to you.
-How easy is that? And remember, any time you are unsure about whether an item has genuine manufacturing defect, you can call us and ask.

-Unused warped deks.
-Unused decks with holes drilled incorrectly.
-Unused decks with any other noticeable defect.
NOT COVERED
-Wear from normal use.
-Damage which appears to have been caused deliberately or by impact, neglect, improper use or incorrect care or storage.
Delamination where there are signs of impact to the delaminated area.
-Breakage from improper installation of accessories.
-Breakage from incorrect foot placement during landing.
-Used decks with noticeable defects which you were notified of before purchase.
-Tail, nose or edge wear from dragging on the ground.
-Chipped edges from normal wear or abuse.
-Warping from exposure to weather conditions.
-Damage caused by modifications or re drilling done after the deck leaves our warehouse.
-Stress fracture trough or around the trucks holes.
-Damage caused by any item encountered while skateboarding.
-Damage caused by grip tape being cut on the deck.
CLOTHING AND CAPS
COVERED
-Incomplete stitching.
-Faulty printing or silk screens.
-Discolored fabric on unworn items
-Faulty sizing (including incorrectly-sized sleeves) on unworn items.
-Missing buttons on unworn items.
-Zips which fail to open and close smoothly.
NOT COVERED
-Wear from normal use.
-Purchase of incorrect size.
-Damage which appears to have been caused deliberately or by impact, neglect, improper use or incorrect care or storage.
-Shrinkage or damage caused by laundering, dry, cleaning, use, storage or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions eg color running, fading, staining, pilled fabric.
-Damage caused by the item being snagged or cut.

-Air bubbles on wheels
-Discoloration or yellowing of wheels ( only on stock items just received ).
-Urethane split or chipping on wheels.
NOT COVERED
-Wear from normal use.
-Flat spots on wheels.
-Damage which appears to have been caused deliberately or by impact, neglect, improper use or incorrect care or storage.
